It's not often I review anything, but after having an MRI at King's today I felt the need to thank the staff for the empathy and care that I received. I suffer from severe claustrophobia, and the staff went out of their way to put me at ease and make a procedure that I'd been dreading for weeks an absolute breeze. You are fantastic, thank you!

It is reassuring to hear that staff supported you so well and that allowed you to tolerate a procedure that you feared would be uncomfortable. I will of course pass on your comments to the service.
