"Professional treatment"

I am 6 wks pregnant and having bleeding, so went to UCC of this hospital. I was called in for triage after waiting maybe 40mins. I have experienced waiting for more than 1-2hrs in another hospital so this is greatly appreciated. I was assessed and the nurse accompanied me to the Emergency care afterwards. We waited further but was tolerable for me, there was another patient waiting who was making sounds (i assume she was in pain) which made me uncomfortable and to be honest, bit more stressed of the situation. However, all the nurses and doctors I saw were all accommodating and answers our questions patiently. I am happy with the treatment I have received. All the toilets I've been in were all clean and I was quite happy about that. Will definitely recommend this hospital to anyone in need of urgent medical attention.
