"sons MIU visit"

About: Lymington New Forest Hospital

We had to visit MIU in september as our son burnt his hand on the stove. It was 20:50!

It would have been all too easy to say we close in 10 mins and to direct us elsewhere but no, all concerned said they would wait. We were seen assed burn cleaned dressed and a review booked for the next day. After probably a very busy day the last thing you want is a last minute patient but we were made to feel as welcome as the first! You all in our opinion work above and beyond whats required and we thankyou.

Thank you for your kind feedback regarding your visit to the Minor Injuries Unit. I am pleased to learn you were happy with the care and treatment the staff provided. I have shared your compliments with the manager of the service to pass onto the team, who will be pleased to know you were happy with your experience. I hope your son has continued to make a good recovery. Kind regards, Julie White, Customer Experience Advisor 023 80 874065
