The midwives have asked inappropriate questions, made assumptions about existing knowledge of antenatal care, and have been unable to answer questions about pregnancy and navigating the healthcare system.
Disrespectful when communicating, constantly interrupting and getting defensive when you advocate for your care and wellbeing.
Unprepared to discuss mental health concerns and miscarriage.
Probably decent care if your case is straightforward and you expect the minimum but not if you expect answers to questions and want to fully understand advice and tests.
A lack of accountability and a lot of parent blaming when they receive complaints of feedback.
