"Caring and considerate"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

A short stay in hospital that I wasn't expecting meant that I was quite upset and confused about why I was needing to stay in. I found all the staff in Ambulatory Care and Acute Medical Unit A (the two areas I experienced ) really caring, cheerful and considerate. I couldn't fault my treatment or the time that staff took to explain what was happening.
