Heart Valve Replacement

(as a relative),

My Wife had a Valve replacement surgery this month and the care and dedication every member of staff is outstanding to say the least, no words can express my gratitude for what they have done for my wife and our family.

We had a couple of real bad days and at one point I thought the worst but the doctors took us in to a private room and explained everything very clearly what was happening and it helped us to overcome our fears.

The nursing staff who cared for my wife couldn't do enough for her and answered every question we threw at them with expert professionalism. I have a great deal to thank Glenfield hospital for but there are no words that can express how we feel.

But we are so grateful to them because if it was not for them my wife might not be here today, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
