About: Mansfield & Ashfield / British Heart failure Team

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was unaware about this team until Julie T contacted me. I found her very efficient and pleasant, as are all the nurses that have been to see me. They are willing to listen and explain things to me. Julie soon had my tablets sorted out for me and I am very grateful to her and all her staff. Thank you.
