I just wanted to say how grateful I am for the excellent service I received at Stepping Hill outpatients B department this week following an urgent referral from my GP. I had a telephone call from the eye clinic within 30 minutes from leaving my GP surgery and booked an appointment for the following morning. I saw my consultant, had blood tests taken and a chest X-ray all in under 3 hours. Brilliant service and so reassuring.
