"Obtaining a response from Cardiac Department."

About: Lincoln County Hospital

The initial visit was on 16th October with a subsequent follow-up visit on 26th November where I was assured that I would be admitted within the next few weeks for further treatment, nothing could be further from the truth.

The first phone call on 11th December, enquiring when this was due to happen was directed to an answerphone where a prompt response was assured.

Nothing happened.

A second call on 14th December received the same response as the first.

The third call on 14th December assured me that a letter had been written but was awaiting a signature.

No date or time for this secondary action could be confirmed.

On 17th December calls at 1.15pm, 2.15pm, 2.53 pm and 4.45pm were greeted by the response that the Cardiac secretary was in the building but away from her desk and would respond immediately she returned.

It is now 5.00pm and surprise surprise there has been not one message in response.
