"Positive feedback on our Outpatient Experience"

About: Southampton General Hospital

I want to write to say what an excellent service we received in Southampton General hospital. Our son (11) was booked in for a day case operation. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The staff were really pleasant and made my son and us (his parents) feel totally at ease with their professional manner.

The whole process from start to finish was very slick and we were extremely impressed. Thank you

It was kind of you to post your feedback and tell us of the excellent service you and your son received when he attended for day case surgery. Thank you for taking the time to do so as it is very encouraging for the staff to have such feedback.
