The nurses and staff at this hospital were disrespectful, rude, uncaring, ignorant and at times unkind, I spoke to one of the nurses about the disdainful way that they spoke to my father, if they spoke to him like that when I was there, how was he spoken to when the family weren't around ... all round a very band experience

I was sorry to learn of your family’s recent experience when your father attended the Urgent Care Centre (UCC) at the Princess Royal University Hospital, a part of Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
