Took my 91 yr old mother in law to see a doctor at the Sussex Eye Hospital today. We were seen very quickly and all the staff who dealt with Mum were friendly, caring and professional. Mum is quite frail and very slow, but the staff were very patient, respectful of her dignity and made her feel relaxed and that they cared about her. The doctor was very professional, thoughtful and reassuring.
From what I saw, the staff in this unit were very busy and working hard, not in the best of accommodation because of the building work, but they still made sure the patients were treated with respect, friendliness and professionalism. Thanks to all of you for such a positive experience.
