"Thank you"

I wanted to thank everyone involved in the care of my aunt Daphne Atkins. She was had a stroke at home and came into a and e and then to AAU on the 5th December and finally Whitbread ward.

Please can you thank every single person involved with her care as this is exactly what she received. This old lady was much loved and had reached the end of her life. You didn't know her but you treated her with the tenderness and thought she deserved .

Thank you for your clear and compassionate communication you had with our family and friends.

You gave us what we all hope for which is a good ending. Please use this to put in your files and to read when you are downhearted you were amazing right to the end.
