"Appalling"

Originally went into walk in doctors and they didn't know what was wrong with me, told to come back on an evening they were in again, went back on that evening to be refused entry to the doctors even though they requested me back, reception staff then gave an appointment to a patient that came in after me even though I was told no.

They wasn't interested in what condition I had, very uncaring and unprofessional, even smirked and laughed when they gave they appointment to another person knowing I could see them doing it out of pure spite.
