"Great friendly staff"

I visited today to see the consultant. They were very friendly, explained the procedure, allowed me to ask questions and make a decision. Great and friendly and not at all in a rush to get me out. Even trying to accommodate my work schedule for the operation.

There was a long delay and the waiting room was hot and crowded. But other than the staff calling out patients too quietly I have no complaints about them! Definitely a department for Royal Stoke to be proud of!
