Since moving to Cumbria eighteen months ago we have unfortunately had reason to attend Furness General on many occasions. We have always found the hospital clean, the Consultants, Nursing Staff are exemplary in their courtesy, respect and time given to listening to you, you are treated as a person and not a number. We have no quarrel with waiting time for appointments and the procedures we have had performed in the hospital have all been done with great effiencey and professionalism.
My partner and I are in our 70's and have never felt our age has prevented us getting the very best of care
