"Post operation care"

I had a rotator cuff surgery in September. But have not had any consistent rehab physiotherapy.i have seen only one good therapist.was asked to make app.in two weeks time to check my progress but was given next app.infive weeks.I am so disappointed at the way I have been progressing with my ROM..no care level for me at least that's how I feel.
