"Grateful for care of my elderly mum"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a relative),

Mum was admitted by ambulance to A&E then moved to ward 3E and then on to ward 5D. Care and attention was excellent over the 9 days, especially in ward 5D where she improved and was able to return home. All staff kept me informed and were friendly and approachable. I am very grateful to all concerned.
