I'm calling from Dubai to find out how my Mother is, and have been put on hold for the last hour. does anyone ever answer the phone!?

Dear Mr Poynton

Thank you for your post regarding your call from Dubai to see how your mother was whilst she was in hospital. I am very sorry that you were kept on hold for such a long time at an obviously worrying time being so far away from the UK and finding that your mother had been admitted. I do hope that you managed to speak with someone and gain some reassurance.
