"A&E visit for ankle injury"

I visited Chelsea & Westminster adult A&E this afternoon with an acute ankle injury. After a reasonable wait I was seen by a nurse who assessed my condition quickly and efficiently. I then had to wait a short while to be seen by a doctor who was really friendly, efficient and put me at ease. The doctor sent me for an x-ray where I again waited a short while in a very clean and smart waiting area. They were playing Christmas carols over the soundsystem (not awful Christmas pop) which was oddly quite nice. The x-ray nurse was also friendly and quick and I was in and out very fast before going back to the first doctor to look at my x-ray.

The whole experience was really impressive, watching all the medical staff going about their work was really inspiring- there was a really positive vibe around the place. Thanks everyone!
