About: East Surrey Hospital

Thank you to all the staff at east Surrey hospital. My mother was admitted through the ed yesterday, and we could not ask for better care. Everyone had a smile on their face, they all seemed to be happy and working as a well informed team. Even the staff not involved with her care were helpful and kind.

Dear Anonymous,

Thank you for taking the time to give such lovely feedback. Staff attitude has a clear impact on how the care we provide is perceived and I know that our ED staff will be pleased to know that their positive approach to their work was appreciated. I hope you mother is recovering well.
