(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

John Taylor Hospice helped me to look after my husband at home. I will always be grateful I was able to do this because I promised him I would.

Thank you for your message. Our community teams support hundreds of people at home with a 'Taylor-made' care package which ensures they can remain at home at end of life if that is their wish.
