(as a relative),

I have been experiencing problems getting the right products for my bedridden mother. The type of incontinence pads kept being changed and were not very suitable.

A few weeks ago I spoke to Carol at the clinic and she was able to identify exactly what my mother needed and get them ordered. I received a new batch of pads within a week, they have been great and have made a huge difference to my mother.
