About: Lings Bar Hospital

(as the patient),

I felt at times there was not enough staff to deal with the needs of the patient.

The result of this being quite a distress to both patients and staff.

Thank you for your posting, we always welcome feedback to improve our services.

I am very concerned at times you have felt there have been insufficient staff to meet your needs.

Wards are staffed to provide safe effective care, and this is very closely monitored at ward and unit level.

Daily staffing levels are available on each ward, displaying staff on duty, and actions taken to ensure the wards remain safe.

I would be pleased to discuss your concerns and take forward any actions to improve our service.
