A huge thank you to all the staff I met today at the Bobby Moore Breast Clinic.
This was actually an extra clinic held over the weekend, for which I am extremely grateful.
The whole appointment service was fast and efficient, and I was extremely impressed today with my actual appointment; all the staff I met with were sympathetic to how I was feeling and kept me well informed throughout.
The clinic was run very efficiently and overall I felt the whole experience was a hugely positive one.
From seeing my GP to attending clinic was 4 days - this is the NHS at it's best, thank you!
