What I liked
had a colonsopy at this hospital which i was extremely nervous about. all staff i encounted from the porter (who said i looked lost and not only gave me directions but offered to take me to the correct place), to the receptionist to the doctors and nurses who performed the procedure were first class and comforted my nerves
What could be improved
only a minor detail but better sign posting
