(as a relative),

My disabled brother was admitted to hospital with suspected pneumonia, his condition deteriorated, and was transferred to ITU.

The nurses who looked after him were absolutely fantastic, they treated both him and his relatives with professionalism, integrity and most of all compassion. We hear a lot about the failing NHS, but these people deserve immense praise and recognition for the work they perform.
