My Dad is 81 and recently suffered a pain in his chest. The paramedics were fantastic, but what really surprised me was the service we received from A & E at the Royal Preston Hospital. My Mum suffers from a stress-related illness, so any extra stress pushes her over the edge. However the service Zoe provided in answering our questions and showing us to my Dad's bedside was excellent. The RPH should be proud of its staff. Luckily Dad is ok and Mum was hardly affected. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us of your father's experience when he recently attended the Emergency Departmetn at the Rpyal Preston Hospital. It is always extremely pleasing to hear that the care offered was of the high standard we aim to offer all our patients and their families.
