I came here to see a maxo facial surgeon at first but due to MRI results I was transferred to the Neuro Surgeons. I have been waiting desperately for my letter now for 3 weeks. To leave someone wondering and waiting and in such pain I find strange. I have had to go to my GP and ask for answers to my questions about the MRI results, I have called Charles Clifford only to be told call this number, no call this number....finally I got through to a great person who understood my stress and chased up my referral. I'm still waiting but I hope I get my letter soon. Trigeminal neuralgia is horrific and I really do hope that anyone suffering with it does not have to wait as long as I have.

I am sorry that you have had to chase up your referral and had difficulties in finding assistance. Clearly, this is not what we would want for our patients and I apologise that you did not get the level of service that was required.


I note that you finally get through to somebody who could help but remain unhappy about the delay that you have encountered.
