"Extremely impressed"

My daughter recently attended the hand and plastic emergency clinic.

The treatment she received from the consultant and their team deserves a high level of praise.

Everything was clearly explained and clinic was exceedingly clean and all of the staff were very polite and helpful.

There is obviously far too much demand on services and NHS staff are at the front line of increasingly distressed patients who are frustrated by long waiting lists.

I have recently been to three other hospitals with family members and found this department at St Thomas' to be by far the best in terms of our level of confidence in staff skills, knowledge and experience and patient care.
