"Thought hospitals were supposed to help people..."

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

My Nan is currently in this hospital and it is a complete joke! Came in after a fall at her home and told their was nothing broken, After a week of suffering they decided to have another look to find out her hip was actually fractured! She had told the nurses she did not like porridge but for the past few weeks she has been their she has had porridge every single day and is now to weak to even eat...about 5 days ago I left the hospital convinced my Nan had had a stroke or something and now today they are telling us she may have had one! How can they not notice these things? I thought hospitals were supposed to take care of people not increase their suffering...
