My mother had to attend A & E last night for a possible blood clot.
She was treated with kindness, courtesy and respect.
The senior doctor and all his team were excellent.
We are very grateful.

I am pleased that she was treated in the way you describe.
We do have a great team who try their best to treat every patient as though they were a member of their own family. Feedback like yours makes it all worthwhile.
