"3 months for appointment then referred on with..."

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

I attended an appointment for patch testing at Ashford Hospital. The only confirmation I had had was on 19 Oct 2015 with a doctor who I have since been told left in September 2015.

Following discussion with several people trying to unravel the situation, which had a number of other twists and turns, I was persuaded to attend anyway on 11 Dec, where I found that the locum doctor was good... But they had no support structure as patch tests are apparently not done at Ashford.

My low scores reflect the appalling infrastructure and admin leading up to an appointment where the GP request could not be performed.
