"Exceptional Peadiatric services, Queens hospital"

I cannot overemphasis the exceptional care we have received on each and every visit of our 6 admissions in the past year.

Every single person from the receptionist in A+E, the porters, the Sodexo staff, radiographers, the healthcare assistants, nurses, Student nurses, doctors and consultants, have shown us such care and compassion. They have been patient, warm, friendly and clinically skilled. They have all kept us well informed at all times throughout my daughter’s care.The communication skills towards my daughter (who is only 15 months now), took me by pleasant surprise and should be commended. I was also well cared for at night when my daughter needed nebulisers every 2 hours. The nursing staff, although always busy, would try to let me sleep rather than wake me to give the medication myself.

When ventilation was considered for my daughter on her last admission, the team were so supportive and the one to one care from the nursing team and doctors was outstanding.

I can never thank them enough and I would recommend their services to all.
