"Excellence personified"

Iam now just over 2 weeks post op oxford knee replacement. I found the care I received across all the departments was outstanding, staff were engaged and virtually everybody actually looked like they enjoyed their work. the atmosphere and culture was one of support and team work. All areas I visited were spotlessly clean and domestic staff obviously took pride in their important job and as a result did a fantastic job. The food was excellent and appeared to be planned to encourage recovery. All in all I could not recommend this hospital highly enough, in times when our NHS is under so much pressure. WELL DONE !
