I'm currently sat in this hospital waiting for my surgery which they told me would be hours and hours ago! None of the nurses have come to tell me what's going on. Literally feel like I've just been shoved in a corner and forgotten about. It's absolutely freezing, and we aren't offered anything to cover ourselves with! Definitely won't want to come here again.
