I was a teacher on a school trip when one of the boys I was looking after fell over and suffered a suspected broken arm. I brought him to the Urgent Care Centre and he was assessed, x-rayed and treated with a plaster for the confirmed broken arm all within 1 hour 20 mins. At all times the care he received was thoroughly professional and speedy, and hospital staff coped well with the fact that he was an overseas boarder at a school and his parents were not able to be present and instead were dealing with me as a teacher looking after him. On behalf of the boy, his parents and the school I teach at I would like to thank everyone involved with helping him. Well done indeed.
"Quick, superb help when needed"
