"Restored my faith"

After a visit here back in September an experiencing a really awful stay. I am back on the same ward again but what can I say this ward has made some changes after my complaint it really has pulled it out the bag and I really felt like I was seeing patients being treated like patients and nurses not being run off there feet. You could here the lovely conversations being had keeping patients at ease offering support to those in pain. Mk hospital you have out done yourself !
