(as a relative),

I would like to say a big 'thank you' to the Community Care Nurses who nursed my father at home before he sadly died earlier this month. In particular, my mother and I would like to thank Janet, Leyla and Maggie. Thank you all once again for your help and support during this sad and distressing time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, especially at this difficult time. I am sorry to hear about your loss. I am glad that Janet, Leyla and Maggie were able to support you and your parents during this time.
