What could be improved

Appointment times given are unrealistic, appear to be at 5 minutes intervals with the average time taken over 10 minutes up by each patient. Thus the last patient given 10.30 am is seen at 12.30 for example. This means 2 hous late and waiting a very long time.

Surely simple for a manger to see appiontment intervals need to be given at 10 minute intervals.

Anything else?

Hope the place is clean but it looks sort of grubby and over used.

Did not like having to pass patients in door way smoking.
