I have just returned from accompanying my granddaughter to an appointment in ENT at the LGI. Through a misunderstanding we had gone on the wrong day! The receptionist brought the Sister who was most understanding and keen to sort out the situation for us. And they did! My granddaughter was very worried but Sister sent for her notes and arranged for the Dr. to come early to clinic for the consultation. A very friendly nurse offered to make us a cup of tea whilst we waited and was very supportive of my granddaughter during an uncomfortable test she had to have. The doctor .was understanding and efficient whilst being very pleasant and friendly. The whole experience was good and I am so pleased I would like to give all the staff 10 stars! Thank you from E and me.
