"Nervous trip made so much easier"

I recently had tooth removed by maxiofacial team via the day surgery unit. I was truly nervous due to me fear of dental work and all the team who treated me made a big effort to get me through the procedure. I was talked through everything, given respect and most of all nothing was rushed. The team even rubbed my head to calm me down whilst sedated. My fear hasn't gone, but now I feel like I can trust others regarding my dental treatments which is a big step. Thank you guys, you really made things a lot better for me without making me feel like I was burden.
