"Disgusting treatment!"

I went for an diagnostic lap operation in September, was told i had Endometrosis on my womb. They told me NOTHING about this.... I've had to do my own research etc! They notified me when i got discharged that i would have a follow up appointment to see the consultant about the operation and treatment needed within 6-8 weeks... It has now been 14 weeks! I'm constantly ringing the department with either no answer or when i do get an answer the receptionist says "we are busy, can you call back later?" OR chuffing "we have a star near your name, which means your appointment is pending".... from 4 weeks ago! WOW... ridiculous! Should be paying for my telephone bills anorl!
