What I liked

I come to the hospital for frequent blood tests. The wait is never overly long, for the amount of people waiting. The chairs are comfortable. The staff are always friendly and polite, and I have always felt the experience to be a good one. Apart from the initial push of the needle, the experience is painless, I never get brusing or any difficulties. Well done!

What could be improved

Waiting times perhaps? But this will be a difficult one to solve as when people turn up must not be easy to know.
