"plastics trauma clinic 5/12/15 to 8/12/15"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

after an accident at home my on fault by the way, I found myself at Grimsby a and e who could'nt do enough to help me and passed me on to hull royal on the sat with an appointment to see the plastics trauma team at 10am. after seeing the dr i was told i needed an op and to come back on the sunday which got cancelled due to an emergency, which didn't surpise me after seeing a child on the sat who needed his thumb sewing back on, his need was far greater than mine. so i turn up on tue for my op the staff were bril and made me feel relaxed, my big surprise was a man complaining and moaning about having to wait to see some one, while getting ready to go down for my op id seen how pushed the staff were trying to help other people staying late the last few nights even tho their shifts finished at 5 and should of been home with there familys theyd stop late till 8 to trying to finish the days work load, i work for the nhs and am so pround of the staff that do more than there payed to do ....so a big thank you to the hull plastic team
