"Smooth sailing through day surgery"

I recently underwent foot surgery as a day case in Avery Hill ward. From admission to discharge I was treated with respect and dignity. The staff team were wonderful, everything was explained to me at each step, I never felt rushed or pressured and cannot fault the experience. The ward was clean, bright and welcoming......beds and chairs were comfortable and facilities modern and up to date.

My husband was contacted to reassure him after my procedure, and also agrees that the service was fantastic.
