From the checking in at reception to leaving the department, all the staff were friendly , caring & reassuring. The Endoscopy Unit was spotlessly clean. Everything was explained in detail. The Consultant is a lovely down to earth person & makes you feel comfortable. The nurses that are with you before , during & after make you feel at ease.
