I have never experienced such poor nursing care as this place. My grandfather was here for a significant period of time and neither he nor the family were treated with dignity or respect. It seems like the managers blame the staff, residents or the families for their failings and have never apologised to us despite concerns not only from our family but from social services, safeguarding and the CQC.
