Before I started the class I wasn't very athletic, but I am really starting to see the benefits in the way I feel.

It has opened a new door for me and I am going to continue.

Thankyou for sharing your experiences regarding our Pulmonary Rehabilitation programme. It can be surprising, even if you perhaps had not enjoyed exercising in the past, how enjoyable the class can be. I'm very pleased the programme has helped make you feel better. It is also great to hear you are going to maintain the benefits by continuing to exercise.
