"Pain Management Day Procedure"

About: Solihull Hospital / Pain Management

(as the patient),

Although an early start I was looked after extremely well. The nurses work very hard and try to keep informed every step of the way and make you feel at ease. Once in the theatre you are made feel very welcome and they do everything to take all the anxiety away fingers crossed it all goes well and the injections work. The atmosphere on the ward was good too 😊

Dear SI98

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent experience with the Pain Management Team at Solihull Hospital.

I am so pleased to read that the nursing staff were kind, professional and kept you well informed, that you were made to feel welcome and that every effort was made to minimise your anxiety.

I will be delighted to forward your feedback to Senior Sister Jones and to the General Manager for the service Mrs Marie Nolan, who will be thrilled to share your comments with all of the Pain Management team.

Once again thank you for taking the time to provide your comments, patient feedback is extremely important to us.

I wish you well with your continued recovery.

Kind regards

Marie Helebert
